These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of FunkyPix, a label of Filmfactory, established in the Netherlands. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these conditions.
All offers are non-binding and subject to availability. Prices include VAT and shipping costs in the Netherlands, unless stated otherwise. International orders are shipped according to PostNL rates. Filmfactory reserves the right to change prices.
An agreement is formed when Filmfactory confirms the order via email. Filmfactory reserves the right to refuse orders.
Payment must be made when placing the order via the available payment methods. In case of non-payment, Filmfactory reserves the right to cancel the order.
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium is free. For other countries, shipping costs may apply.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. The product must be returned in its original condition.
All FunkyPix cameras come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on material and manufacturing defects. Damage due to improper use is not covered by the warranty.
Filmfactory is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage. Liability is limited to the amount of the invoice.
Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
