Returns Policy

14-day return right

Not satisfied? You have 14 days to return your FunkyPix camera. Money-back guarantee without hassle!

1. Return right

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving reasons.

Let op: Note: The 14-day return period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) received the last product of your order.

2. Conditions for return

To use the return right, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be in original, unused condition
  • All accessories and packaging materials must be complete
  • The SD card must be empty (any photos removed)
  • The product must not have any damage that is not part of normal inspection
  • Return must be reported within 14 days of receipt

3. How to report a return

Step 1: Report return

Send an email to info@filmfactory.nl with:

  • Your order number
  • Which product you want to return
  • Reason for return (optional)

Step 2: Receive return label

Within 24 hours you will receive a return label from us by email

Step 3: Send product

Pack the product carefully and stick the return label on the package

4. Return costs

Free return within Netherlands and Belgium

For returns within the Netherlands and Belgium, we send a return label free of charge.

Other countries

For returns from other countries, shipping costs are at your own expense.

5. Refund

  • Refund takes place within 14 days of receiving your return
  • We refund in the same way you paid
  • The full purchase price is refunded
  • Any shipping costs are only refunded for complete return of the order
  • For partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded

6. Defective products

Have you received a defective product? Then a different procedure applies:

  • Contact us immediately via info@filmfactory.nl
  • Describe the problem and add photos
  • We will send a replacement product within 24 hours
  • The defective product must be returned

7. Warranty

In addition to the statutory return right, all FunkyPix cameras have a 12-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
